These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WowDedicated services. By ordering or using any service you agree to these Terms.
WowDedicated provides dedicated servers, cloud VPS, virtual dedicated servers (VDS), GPU cloud instances and related infrastructure. Service specifications and pricing are described on the relevant product pages and may be updated from time to time.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful activity, to send unsolicited bulk email (spam), to distribute malware, to infringe intellectual property, or to disrupt our network or other customers. We may suspend services that violate this policy.
In-stock servers are typically provisioned within 1–24 hours; GPU instances are activated within one business day. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
We target 99% network availability and aim to replace failed hardware components within six hours of diagnosis. Service-level remedies, where applicable, are limited to service credits as described in your order.
Services are billed in advance on the cycle you select. Setup fees, where shown (for example on GPU plans), are one-time and non-refundable once provisioning has begun.
We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment or breach of these Terms. You may cancel at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WowDedicated is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for data loss. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance.
